Tap “Start voice fix” (or the microphone in the search bar) on the Home screen and describe your problem out loud — for example, “my Wi-Fi keeps dropping” or “my dishwasher won't drain.” TalkFixAI guides you step by step and answers follow-up questions. You can also browse the Popular fixes cards or type in the search bar.
During a session, tap the camera icon in the input bar to snap or upload a photo of the problem, and the assistant will use it to help.
Left a repair partway through? Your sessions are saved. Come back to the Home screen and tap the “Resume where you left off” card, or open the History tab and tap any past session to continue it.
You can use TalkFixAI as a guest — just tap “Continue as guest.” To save and sync your history, sign in with Apple, Google, or email and password. If you first signed up with Apple or Google, use that same button to sign back in.
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual). The free tier remains fully usable with ads.
If you subscribed before — for example after reinstalling the app or on a new device — open Pro (or Profile) and tap “Restore purchases” while signed in with the same account you used to buy.
Open the Pro screen and tap “Manage or cancel subscription,” or go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of your current billing period, then you're moved back to the free tier — you won't be charged again after that.
You can permanently delete your account and data at any time from within the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. This deletes your account and erases your local repair history and saved conversations. This action cannot be undone.
TalkFixAI can send an optional reminder to come back and finish an unfinished repair, and can show a badge on the app icon. You can turn these on or off under Settings → Session reminders, or in your device's notification settings for TalkFixAI.
Photo analysis needs an internet connection and is disabled while Offline mode is on (Settings). Turn Offline mode off, or describe the problem in words instead.
When you're offline or on the free tier, TalkFixAI uses the on-device model. Pro and a good connection enable the faster, more capable cloud AI.
